Well smoking cause terrible things such as cancer, lung diseases, blood clot, aneurysm, stroke, heart attacks and weakens your immune system, but they don't always happen. But if you quit make sure you do everything else right, at least get 60 mins of physical activity, eat healthy, don't abuse alcohol and make sure to make an apt. with your doctor to make sure you don't have or are at bigger risk for one of those :). My grandmother smoke for more then 50 years of her life, she had breast cancer, lung cancer, and lots of other stuff, but she lived to her late 80's! But if she hadn't smoke she probably would have lived into her Ninteys, the smoking gave her COPD and Dementia so she still had a long life but be warned of toxins in cigarettes
Smoking is dangerous for life. Its cause’s cancer. Please stop it.
If you smoked long term you will fall heard attack, throat cancer, lever cancer, lung cancer etc.
I think you have always forgotten to read the advertisement as being enclosed on the cigarette-case which told everyone smoking is being harmful. As far as I see that some of my friends had suffered or died from Asthma or Edema pulmonary or Pulmonary emphysema when they were with age.
Yip
Go for a check up you will get to know
No way!! Smoking causes more health disorder like cancer, personal life (intercourse), lung diseases, kidney, stroke, heart attacks.
OK you know what it can do to your lungs etc but you could still be healthy. My mum is an 80 year old smoker and recently in hospital for urine infection, they also done xray to check her lungs and chest and everything was fine but she is probably just lucky because my dad had lung cancer and eventually died of stomach cancer - I am also a smoker and feel healthy and alsmost 60 years old and never ill and have had 6 days off work in 45 years comapred to the young non smokers i work with who are off several times per month but saying that I could not run to catch a bus and have arthritis in the hands and type 2 diabetic but I feel heathy
Probably not then.
Not as healthy as you'd have been by not smoking.
You most likely damaged your lungs. Their capacity is now probably reduced & they're probably full of tar now. And they're probably all black, like those hospital pictures you see of smokers' lungs.
You're probably less physically fit. You probably get out of breath quicker. You probably have less stamina.
