One ml is equal to half a teaspoon full therefore one Pint is equal to lots of teaspoons full.
Buy a pint of jam and measure it out in teaspoon fulls, each of which must then be weighed in grams to determine the exact and actual number of mls there are in one jar of jam and so forth.
The other way of doing this is to throw spoonfuls of jam out of the car while driving at 100 mph. A fellow passenger must stick his or her head out of the rear passenger window and catch the jam in their mouth, thus proving the theory of velocity in that jam is no more sweet at speed than when standing still and so forth.
