can someone pls explain factorials i have a test in one hour and i dont get it how is (n+1)!=(n+1)n!??

(n + 1)!
= (n + 1) × n × (n - 1) × (n - 2) × ...... × 3 × 2 × 1
= (n + 1) × [n × (n - 1) × (n - 2) × ...... × 3 × 2 × 1]
= (n + 1) n!

The basic fact here is that

n! = 1 x 2 x 3 x . . . x n

So (n + 1)! = 1 x 2 x 3 x . . . x n x (n + 1)

But 1 x 2 x 3 x . . . x n = n!

So (n + 1)! = n! x (n + 1)

2! = 2×1
Or 2x1!

10 ! = 10×9 !
Coz 9!= 9×8!
Simalary
8!=8×7!



So on... We get

(N+1)! =( N+1)×n!
