If your bathroom is clean, fine. When I was remodeling the kitchen I washed small loads in the bath, and large loads in the basement in the laundry sink. Actually you would be surprised to find out how much bacteria can be present in any of those places. As long as you use safe handling practices you are fine. One of the worst places for a restaurant as far as bacteria is the ice machine. That doesn't mean it's bad, just saying it is okay to occasionally wash the dishes in the bathroom

Do not flush the toilet around your dishes. . .

the water that comes out the sink and shower is the same water that comes out in the kitchen sink. Don't wash or rinse the dishes in the toilet and you're fine.

To wash your eating utensils where you bathe and defecate is quite unsanitary. However, the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, Bath tub, shower, and others only dish out (see my pun?) tap water. Tap water is not clean and is very harmful to drink. The cleanest water in the house would come from, sorry to say, the toilet. Water in toilets is clear because it is throughouly cleansed of bacteria and germs. If you were in a crisis, water from the toilet would be the best to drink. That's why cleaning your toilet bowl should be an important chore

NO, no no....what happen to your kitchen sink? I would rather using laundry room instead of bathroom which right now I am doing in this way cuz my kitchen sink clogged for a while and I need to walk about 50 steps away from kitchen to laundry room to wash whole tube of 6 kgs daily load of dishes. Watch out not let those food remainants clog your bathroom. Or the scene will smell quite funny... Hahah... you know what I said. Just picture it yourself.

water from one tap same as kitchen. I won't use the toilet but I have washed in the tub and sink on occasion.

No, not if the sink and vanity area is clean. Immediate removal of the clean dishes is a must, as when the toilet flushes, air born germs through micro splatters of water can land on the clean dishes.
