Several thousand dollars , NY is a great place to visit but it cost so much.

Well it is expensive there, and if you are going to stay in a hotel etc it is going to cost you over $5000.00 or more and that include shopping,eating and transportation and sightseeing..nothing is free in NY unless they give you free breakfast at the hotel.
