It depends on you personal tastes. There's nothing wrong with it but there may be something about it that you personally dislike. In the same way as I know people who can't bring themselves to eat certain meats, fruits or vegetables.

Crystalised honey should sofen and clear afain if it's placed somewhere warm.

Hi Yuna! You surely can, but I am not sure if you will enjoy it! When it’s crystallised, honey will normally turn really hard and sticky and it will be like eating lollipop. However, you can try heating it up as this will surely melt it down. I have never tried this, but you can always give it a go, logically speaking, it will have to work!

yes, its nice and crunchy. if you want it runny again you can put it in the microwave [ without the lid, cover it with kitchen roll], for 90 seconds or so.

YES< YES!! It doesn't fall off the bread as well!
you can put the jar in a pan of hot water and it will un-crystallize! and be runny again! We have one jar that we use for putting on bread or toast and one we keep melted so it is easier to mix into tea and coffee!

YES JUST MICROWAVE IT

Place the jar in a pot of warm (not hot) water. Leave it in about 15 minutes. That will allow the honey to 'melt'.

You can heat I up in hot water and it will restore it back to the way it was.

sure you can...AND you can make it liquid again by heating it gently. Sit the container into a bowl or kettle of hot water and the honey will become liquid again.
FYI honey does NOT spoil, EVER.

Why not they found containers of honey in the Pharaohs tombs in Egypt, some of which was still edible

In a small sauce pot heat up some water until it's just a little too hot to the touch and then remove it from the heat.Place the whole honey jar in it until it "un-crystallizes".
