English Grammar Problem?

我昨天向我朋友confirm 個meeting time，宜家發現confirm 錯了，個meeting 原來唔得。我可唔可以用"I have confirmed meeting time." 來反映我曾經confirm 過一個meeting time。

The perfect shows a period of time up to and including the present
eg:-have +pp=have confirmed
=I have confirmed a meeting before.
eg:-The meeting being wrong, I haven't confirmed.!
eg:-I haven't met for the meeting due to errors.....
eg:-I couldn't meet Tim's meeting due to his errors !
eg:-Our meeting in Tim's was not confirmed.
eg:-I was unable to attend "time in error" meeting..
