And your question is?
Anyways, you need to put the iPod touch in DFU mode and restore in iTunes. This will erase anything she had on the iPod, so I hope you had a backup.
This is what you need to do:
1. Plug your ipod into your computer and start up itunes
2. sync all your stuff onto your computer
3. Hit restore. ( i know this sounds bad, but since you synced everything, you will get it all back)
4. After its done restoring, it will ask you if you want to make itt as a new device or load it from a previous sync. DO NOT HIT THE NEW DEVICE BUTTON! Hit the one that is from the sync that you had just done
5. Then it will sync for a while (depending on how much things you had, i had about 8 gig of things and it took about half an hour)
6. After its done syncing, you can go back on your ipod and there will be NO passcode. However, you can just remake one. You will also have everything that you had before, back on your ipod
7. Have fun!!! .... And make a passcode you'll remember!! :P
You should be able to restore it to fsctiry defaults and then re-sync everything she had back onto it. It takes a while (2 hrs the last time I did it) but it works everytime.
Call apple support to make it easy for you
Says go to iTunes but won't let me swipe the screen.its basically new
