IT IS GETTING ME SO AGGRIVATED. ITCHY NOSE, ITCHY EYES, ITCHY THROAT ALL AT ONCE. I TOOK MY ANTIHISTIMEN IN THE MORNING, IT DOES NOT ******* WORK, I PROMISE YOU, DROPS, BECKONAZE AND TABLETS DO NOT WORK, AS SOON AS I GO OUTSIDE AND COME BACK IN IT RUINS THE REST OF THE DAY AND GOES **** UP I CAN NEVER ENJOY MYSELF PLEASE ******* TELL ME WHATEVER I HAVE TO DO TO PERM GET RID OF THIS BULLSHIT PLEEEEAAASSE

Your Doctor can give you stronger meds than you can buy over the counter.

If you really want permanent relief, you need to go to an allergist and get desensitation shots. After several years of shots, you probably will not have hayfever anymore. In the meantime, I suggest that you get a good air purifier with a HEPA filter. Allergy shots can take as long as two years to start working.

Try eating fruit naturally high in Vitamin C, such as blueberries.
