i think they are because they gave America way more movies and tv shows than australia and ive heard that most Americans do not like Austalians, do you think theyre racist?

It likely has more to do with your local laws and what Netflix is willing to pay to licence for streaming in Aus.
If they hate Aussies so much why did they pay to let people in the USA watch Ms Fisher's Murder Mysteries?
I think you likely have licencing restrictions similar to Canada's Canadian Content Law.
I don't think Netflix is Xenophobic, Australian isn't a race.

Or is there something about "supply and demand" that you don't understand? Perhaps if enough people refused to subscribe you'd get your way.

No. Austria is not a race.

The reason for what you find is that Netflix is subject to marketing agreements just like everyone else in the entertainment industry. They are often due to the financing scams that go on.

Oh dear I said scams. Its honest agreements to give one company marketing rights in their own marketing areas because they invested in the movie. Basically multiple companies often pay for a film in return for marketing rights.
