Is it right for a father to make his teenage daughter spend the night when she don't want to?

To spend the night just to get her phone back when she don't want to because she will have to babysit his girlfriend grandkids. Her phone was taken because she came to him and was honest on how she felt about her not wanting to babysit when she suppose to be over there to spend time with her DAD

Is it right for a mother to make her teenage son spend the night when he doesn't want to? He's disciplining her, which is completely fine.

It's not really right. I would tell mom that your dad only wants you to visit so you can babysit the other woman's grand kids. Maybe she can go to court and get the visitation changed so you don't have to go there anymore.
