Even women with large labia don't have to push back their skin. They do however wipe when they pee.

You should always retract your foreskin to urinate, and parents ought to have taught you to do so from an early age.

As the urine comes out of the meatus (piss slit) at the tip of the glans (penis head) it is in a nice close stream which can be aimed accurately. One action of the foreskin is to break this neat stream up into a spray - which cannot be aimed so well. Mankind does not need this spraying as we don't 'scent mark' our territory like wild animals and don't like making a mess with our urine.

If you don't retract your foreskin to urinate then the inside will indeed become coated with urine (a waste material that you'd not leave on your hands, etc). Since we frequently use a urinal (or even a stall in a communal bathroom) we cannot always wash our penis after urinating so again, just for basic hygiene, we should retract the foreskin to urinate.
