What do I say when my boyfriend texts me saying feel better?

He went to work and I'm sick at home with some virus. I was supposed to work at 4 but just decided to call in sick b/c of really bad cough and not feeling better. My boyfriend just texted me saying, "I hope you are feeling better goegeous!" But I actually feel worse. What should I say back?

Say "Aww thank you but I'm actually feelings kinda worse". Hopefully he'll bring you something or just come visit in general.

Say what you really feel .. Be friends .. why are being so formal and concerned of what to say ?!
Just say .. "What, you want to say only this much..You are making me feel worst"

I generally just say something like "aww you're so sweet to be thinking of me x3 hopefully I'll be better soon because it sucks that I can't come see you ;-;" and often my boyfriend says something to similar effect when he's ill :3
