My 11 year old friend should weigh 100 pounds at her height but she weighs 118 pounds and had little to no extra fat is she fat/overweight or is the extra weight muscles?

She's not overweight lol, she'll grow into it and look real good when she's about 13. I'm guessing this person is actually you though so chill and you're a good size, nothing to worry about

If "her" doctor said she should be 100 and shes not than she's overweight. It depends on height, frame ,muscle mass etc. your doctor can give you a good weight goal.

She's thickset.
