60 Hz means that the bulb is used in a domestic power supply of a.c. current with a frequency of 60 cycles/second.
100 watts means that the power consumed by the bulb is 100 joules/second.

"60 Hz" and "100 watts" are two independent quantities.
Hence, a 60 Hz bulb could be more than, equal to, or less than 100 watts.

maybe...
1. HZ of a light bulb means NOTHING, its just saying what frequency of AC the bulb was designed for
2. what determines wattage is VOLTS required (normally 115 or 220 depending on where you live) times the AMPS it uses
3. 99.99% of all new light bulbs have the wattage printed ON THE BULB

Hz and Watts are two different things. You can not compare the two.

Your question is like asking how hard will a guitar playing a "A" note hit you in the head. It just doesn't make sense.
