Laptop keeps going into sleep mode and wakes up by itself?

My laptop goes into sleep mode and wakes up by itself every 10 or so seconds and I have tried everything to fix it including turning off power saving settings, setting a screen saver also the screen flickers occasionally and I have no idea how to fix it. Please help!

take your laptop to a repair shop,and hopefully,they'll fix it for you.

By default the network cards (Ethernet, Wifi), keyboard, touchpad, all can wake up the computer.
I usually change the settings so only the keyboard can wake the computer.

It may be overheating. Do you have it on a blanket or soft material. That blocks the cooling causing overheating.
