The orders with respect to A, B and C are 2, 0 and 1 respectively.
Then, Rate = k [A]² [C]

When [A] = [C] = 0.5 M, Rate = 1.5 × 10⁻⁴ M s⁻¹ :
1.5 × 10⁻⁴ M s⁻¹ = k (0.5 M)² (0.5 M)
k = (1.5 × 10⁻⁴ M s⁻¹) / (0.5 M)³

Rate constant, k = 1.2 × 10⁻⁴ M⁻² s⁻¹
(Your answer is correct.)
