I am having depressive thoughts. Are they ways to solve it?

My daily meets are barely met and I am struggling

Yes, of course!
-Talking to your family members and friends.
-Try to think about the happy times you expierenced
-Remember that getting depressed can never solve the problem you are facing, so just carry on
-Listen to some music while finishing your work
- have a 15 minutes break after working hard for about 2-3 hours
etc...

As suspected that you have been suffering some kind of depression and want to find out if there is any way to over come that ?
The answer on the above mentioned question are as follows :
(1) Find out the cause of depression; In general, there are six causes: namely, a) Generalized Anxiety Disorder;the patient is always over and over weary about any fact which isn't existed; b)Phobias:the patient feels rather afraid of something or in some circumstance without any reasons, such as strangers,dogs and abroad a subway etc.; c)Panic Disorder: the patient feels sudden and shocking fearfulness as the result,his internal organism has reacted upon with tachycardia,hard and fast breathing, vomiting etc.; d)Agoraphobia: the patient feels rather fearful against certain locality and public area without any reason; e) Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: the patient has continually unreasonable concept and behavior; f)Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: the patient's depression has derived from his experience of shocking.
(2) What is the best way to deal with depression: Usually it is always misled by over weary or over allergic which is different for the patient will suffer from extremely spiritual pressure and that couldn't be overcome by himself. Therefor, it is necessary to see the family doctor who will give you good advice and may be referring to a specialist or psychiatrist for treatment.
