How can I tolerate ambiguity?

From reading some articles online regarding the psychological concept of "ambiguity tolerance" I have learned something brilliant. I have a low tolerance for ambiguity and that has been crippling my life for years, academically as well in terms of personal development, my intolerance of ambiguity has caused me huge problems in life.
Do any of you know of any literature detailing ways to become more tolerant of it? Ways to become more comfortable with it? Please help!

Honestly speaking and to be FRANK with you, it is sufficient if you take adequate care of your "mental health". As far as possible try to maintain perfect mental health conditions. Here MH is only given highest predominance, emphasis and priority and all other issues, subjects, topics or stories are secondary.

Please don't unsettle your mind and get confused. From here nobody will compel you or force you to do anything against your wish. You can out-rightly reject it if you have no tolerance power.

My cousin has joined a doctorate course in "ambiguity tolerance". It will take four years for him to get a degree certificate. Then only he can throw some light on "ambiguity tolerance."
