譯出不等於英文正確(不單沒有標點分隔多句的關係、文法不正確、好像少了些字)，只是猜測內容大約表達的前因後果：

例子：在操作溫度在100攝氏超出標準時失效(不合格)，但是當溫度(不超出後)回覆正常。於是由設計院(局)同意下建議不需要進一步調查。

運作溫度超過100度即超出規格而故障，但後來溫度...又可回覆正常，設計主管機關同意下，認爲無需進行進一步調查。
