Why does the white towel in my bathroom have brown stains?

There are cleaners for washing machines that you run in a cycle to help clean up the washer.

You should wash your towels at least weekly. If there are stains, wash with napisan. There are no excuses for not washing your towels, sheets, clothes, etc every week.
