Is there a place that will keep my cats until i find myself a home?
I have had 3 cats taken from me today because I live in apartments and my tenant hates cats. She brought animal control over to take my cats away from me. So now im wondering if there is a system set up to allow people to foster your cat for about 2 months or so until you buy your own house? Thanks in advance.

Kennels, kind of expensive if you're going for 2 months.
Boarding or find a friend willing to care for your cats till you can take them. You will need to provide money or food/litter for the cats and put everything in writing.
If the cats where taken away like you claim then you can't get them back. Ac took the cats meaning Ac will NOT allow you to have the cats back.
Sounds like you let them run loose and the tennet rightfully had AC take them.
Fostering means you wont get the cats back. The point of a foster it to get the animal ADOPTED and it will not be returned to its owner.
What was animal controls reason for taking your cats? It does not seem legal for them to just come take them, unless you live in an apartment that does not allow pets or your cats were found to be neglected, that doesn't seem legal at all. There are no places that do what youre describing. If you can't have your animals in your current residence then all you can do is find a family member or friend to watch them, or have them boarded which will cost at least $10-$15 a day per cat. Depending on where you board, prices could be higher. You say this person is your tenant which implies you are the landlord, but in your previous question on another account you say this person actually owns the apartments. I think you need to tell the truth. If this person is your landlord then you are in the wrong, unless your lease states you can have pets and are within the limit. If your lease says pets are allowed, then your landlord is harassing you and breaking your lease. You could actually sue her.
check animal fosters in your area on line
If you own the apartment and this person is your tenant then you need to go to court and have her evicted. This is a form of harassment. If you have papers proving that you own the property (deed, mortgage)then take it to the pound. Also go to the your animal's vet and get all of their medical records and take them with you. I would do this as soon as possible and also look into a lawyer.
That sounds like theft, taking your pets is not legal.
If you're the landlord, evict the tenant.
