若是要陳述一個事實，也要說＂I left my office＂才對．
若是要陳述一個原因，也要說＂I have left my office so I cannot lock the doors for you.＂才對．
若是要陳述一個通知，也要說＂I am leaving my office now. Let's talk about this more tomorrow.＂才對．
"I leave my office." is funny English and does not make any sense, even though it is grammatically correct.
