Do I need to go to court to live with my aunt?

I'm almost 18 and this coming Saturday my uncle and aunt will talk to my parents about letting me live with them back home (we moved last year) and if they say yes, all I need to do is get a power of attorney form right? Like some kind of paper that gives my uncle and aunt the right to take me in. I don't have to go to court, do I? This isn't a custody battle, it's for education reasons.

If it's an issue of attending school in a different school district, you need to go to the school and ask what they require. It could be anything from just signing some form they have, to getting a judge to grant custody to your aunt/uncle. Every school district makes their own policies about how to qualify as a resident. Some are quite strict.

You do not need anything other than your parents approval.
