What are your thoughts on Lady Gaga's Til It Happens?

I just watched her music video that was dedicated towards the sexual assault survivors. My thoughts are that I have so much sympathy towards the survivors. I hate it when some people blame the victim for being raped. Like how dumb can people be its obviously the offender's fault. The offender selfishly took advantage of the person and unfortunately, the victim couldn't do anything about it. Thus the victim is damaged for the rest of their life. It even scares me more because I'm afraid of going to college and thinking that it might happen
