Transferring Schools ?

hello, so in September I'm going to be a sophomore. I currently go to a Catholic school in Brooklyn. I would say This has been the worst decision I've ever made. freshman year was a living hell. I hate my school so much. they said all these amazing things about the school but none of them were actually true. my school is bad. even when I ask a teacher they don't help me cause they're busy ( aren't you suppose to help your students) so that has lead me to not get the highest possible scores on test ( I'm not blaming it all on them). also the students act like absolute ****. they bully each so much cause the school does nothing. they say they don't tolerate bullying but the biggest bully in school has made people become depression and all that stuff but never even got introuble. they let the students act any type of way and I just don't feel safe staying there. also my moms house is kinda far from the school so I stay with my dad. this is the worst of all. my dad is verbally abusive, he doesn't let me eat that much cause I'll get fat and he never compliments me . I'm constantly sad but he doesn't get the message. I feel so depressed. I asked my mom last week if I can transfer schools and she said yes and got my records and stuff. the school didn't reply yet but its a great chance they'll say no. if they do I'll be heart broken. how can I deal with it if I don't get accepted ?
