why cant i find a agent in florida but there are so many in los angeles and NYC?

If you mean acting, there are lots of acting gigs in NYC and LA, not many in Florida. Agents go where the jobs are.

You can't call an agent. You have to mail them your resume, your professional headshot and your demo reel featuring 2-3 minutes of clips of your best performances. They have hundreds of people a week sending in their materials, so you have to make sure your resume and demo reel are stronger with better quality roles than the hundreds of other people sending in materials that week in order to stand out
