Would you feel nervous knowing that a family member that you live with own real or fake gun for protection locked up in the closet?

i live with a family member that own a real or fake gun with plastic or real bullets. i just found that thave lockup gun in the closet and they told they need for protection. i feel uncomfortable and nervous know their a gun lock up in the house im living in.

the gun is LOCKED UP. What are you worried about? The gun isn't going to escape and start shooting people.

yes I live in a house where two people own guns one has a hand print for safety,only he can use the gun,and also is in a safe the other,person I really do,nt trust because kids are around,I do not know if they know he has a gun I his safe but,my grandson is constantly doing things.I remember my son was like,8 years old I went to my nephews house his rifle was out ,I can,t remember if it was loaded my son pointed it at me and said stick em up,Ialmost fainted from fright I coaxed him into putting it down.My nephew yelled at him ,I was in shock

Depends, I guess on the person. If it was s family member who I considered unstable, yes I would be nervous.
