How do you change your name? Is their a minimum age?

You have to go to court to change your last name. It takes about a year. To change your first name you just start calling yourself whatever you like. Jack, Biff, Precious...... I had a girlfriend who changed her whole name, years ago, so I watched it firsthand. You can just start introducing yourself as Wedgie, if that's what you want for a first name.
