I'm a Vegetarian and i'm craving meat to the point its all i can think what do i do?

Wait it out. If you're a new vegetarian, you WILL get cravings. It does not mean that your body is lacking vital nutrients, you're just going through what we all go through when breaking a habit/addiction. I had cravings for a few years after cutting out meat, but they got less intense over time.

I once accidentally ate a piece of bacon (which was hidden in my sandwich at a restaurant), something I'd actually been craving for a while, and I was totally disgusted by the taste and texture. It was NOT how I remembered it at all. I never craved it again after that experience.

Give yourself some time. Your taste buds will change and pretty soon you won't miss meat at all. I sure don't!

I'd recommend you eat meat, listen to your body. Many people do not do well on vegan/vegetarian diets. The last meta analysis conducted also showed no difference in mortality between a vegan and omnivore diet. In other words veganism isn't going to make you live any longer, and if your body isn't reacting well to the diet it could actually be counterproductive.

Eat a ham sandwich. That'll stop the cravings and give your body what it is asking for. This isn't a craving for something that will hurt you regardless of what some nuts here will say.

make sure you are eating enough calories. Make sure you are drinking enough water.
since you are vegetarian, you can eat diary and eggs. have some. Invest in a few varieties of boca burgers or other fake meats.
Or, eat meat. Its really up to you.

Does it really matter? There isn't a vegetarian God that's going to judge you and smite you down with hellfire or whatever if you eat a piece of chicken. Be healthy, not a blind adherent to some dietary pseudoreligion.

buy morningstar foods at your local supermarket. it is a vegetarian brand that sells meatless foods that taste like meat. there is bacon, riblets, nuggets, burgers, etc.

You should try adjusting your diet to have a higher protein level. There are apps that you could use to see how much protein&carbs&fats you have a day by tracking everything you eat. Also, to calculate how much protein you should be having (in grams), use this formula: 0.8•(your weight in kg)=(protein in kg)

I feel like I am going mad, a chicken fillet burger is constantly on my mind and my tum keeps rumbling demanding it!! I cant deal with my hypocrisy and even thinking of eating an innocent animal all for greed. Any suggestions are very much appreciated!
