現在是早上十點二十五分，我清潔過我間房無耐，我現在想同我朋友講清潔間房這件事，想問問我同我朋友講"I have just cleaned my room." 有無唔妥。

The present perfect shows a period of time up to and including the present.
When Susan sees her friend outside the room at 10:25am; she should say:-
for a technical the perfect form of the verb the past participle (clean)=(cleaned)
eg:-I have cleaned up my room.
When Susan sees her friend outside the room at 10:25am; she should say:-
for a technical the perfect form of the verb the past participle (clean)=(cleaned)
