It's as 'good' a brand as any.
But there are no great benefit to giving your baby organic babyfood, and it seems VERY expensive. (Checking on Amazon, you're paying $1.50 -$3 for a 3 ounce serving, depending on the ingredients and package size. Even considering that it doesn't include added water, it's much more expensive than the standard commercial brands, and MANY times more expensive than making your own.
(For which you don't even need a special baby-food maker. A fork or whatever blender/chopper you already probably have in your kitchen would do.)

All baby foods are ground up versions of regular food. Would probably be cheaper for you to buy a baby food grinder and grind up regular organic fruits, vegetables, etc. if you want to feed organic foods.

My youngest had them a few times in the brief period he ate purees, and my oldest had their toddler meals once or twice when he was nearly a year old.

They're okay. I liked how they have some ingredient combinations that were different than most other brands, which often seem to have the same meals no matter which Brand you buy. Especially since we were vegetarians, that meant a greater variety.

But they're not that special. They look very attractive and wholesome, but when you look at it rationally, there is no real fundamental difference between brands. They all contain fruit, vegetables, grains and/or proteins without conservatives or adder sugar.

One thing I did notice is that many of the purees with more than one ingredient combine vegetables with fruit, making a rather sweet mix. It's up to you whether you consider that good, bad, or just not that important.

I don't like pairing up vegetables with fruits. Babies love sweet potato, no need to add apples to make them more appealing. Green beans? All mine were self feeding soft green beans by 9 months old (babies do not need any teeth to gum chew very soft foods starting at 6 - 9 months old)

Ella's is expensive. For a fraction of the cost, you can make your own. Breakfast? Take a couple spoons of your banana and mash with your fork. Same for your other healthy foods. Ella's is good for those days you are going out and want convenient food for baby.
