Sure. Exercising every day is not a problem. Just make sure you get plenty of rest between times. Rotate muscle groups.

Your muscles need time to adapt/recover. You will heighten your risk of a stress injury if you over-stress your body every day.

Yes, but I would consider taking a day or two off. Your body needs time to rest.
