My water cooler's radiator fins were damaged, will it still work?

I can't upload a photo because yahoo wont make me, but the fins i was referring is the one that is very thin and verry small. With this bent, wont my water cooler leak? I'm using corsair h115i cooler

The probably will be OK, a small amount of damage may not be a problem, the fine are soldered onto the radiator matrix so are reasonably sturdy. It is leaking?
