Is this bad?

I am 14 years old, female. My recommended calorie intake per day is 1800-2400 a day. I want to lose weight by dieting so I eat 600-700 calories a day and exercise for 30 mins aerobically. Is this a bad scheme?

Yes it's a bad scheme. Especially for your age. Let me tell you why:
1- Unbalanced diets are hard, and it's very likely that you would leave the diet. You are basically starving yourself if you go with this diet.
2- It is unhealthy to lose any more than 4 pounds or so a weak. If you burn 500 more calories than you eat, you will lose 1-2 pounds a week which is very acceptable.
3- try to look for signs in your behaviour. If you feel tired all the time after the diet, it means you are doing it wrong.

You see diets should be healthy, and good, they should feel good. My advice would be cut back 500 calories at most from what is recommended. So you should be looking at 1300 - 1900 calories a day. Yes, you will only lose 1-2 pounds a week, perhaps more if you exercise very well. But it's much healthier that way. Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck.

Very much a bad scheme.

First of all, you only need to lose weight if you're actually overweight. Put your weight and height into this BMI calculator: https://nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/calculator.aspx

You should only think about losing weight if the calculator explicitly says that you're overweight or obese. If you're overweight then eat just a little less (say 2000 calories a day) and do a little more exercise (30 minutes is ok). If you're obese then you need dietary assistance from a proper dietician. If your weight is already healthy then don't try to lose weight - that will make you unhealthy.

Be aware that eating too little leads to a cycle of bingeing and starving, which rapidly leads to serious disorders such as Bulimia or Anorexia. These eating disorders can KILL YOU.

It's not healthy and it's not effective. Dieting decreases metabolism, which lowers your health and makes it easier to gain weight. Exercising on top of that makes it even worse. If you want to lose weight in a healthy and effective way, you need to strengthen your metabolism, not weaken it. Read "Forever Fat Loss" by Ari Whitten.
