The ONLY way to "reverse" Type 1 diabetes is using a Pancreas Transplant.
For for some reason, the pancreas seems to be one of the most fragile organs. The transplanted pancreas is short-lived (3-5 years) so a repeat transplant is usually required.
Because of this difficulty, pancreas transplants are almost always reserved for EXTREMELY ill children. To them, 2-5 years could double their life time.
hello,
I am a Nutritionist and health coach.we seem to underestimate the power of fruits and vegetables ( Pure Nutrients) and self discipline. Pharmaceuticals (drugs) most of the time may seem to have reversed diabetics and not its cause maybe because drugs are too big for our cells to properly absorb. But nutrients are micronized and work at a cellular level thereby rejuvenating from your cells to your tissues, organs and then systems. hence, you rebuild your yourself (literally) and get diabetics and its cause reversed. its a process so it would require some time unlike drugs. above all, you must be disciplined regarding your kind of meal.
No. Once insulin production ceases, it can't come back. The effects of type one diabetes can be managed with the help of doctors, insulin shots, medication (in some cases), dieting, exercise, etc.
No but they are working on it. Even a transplant probably would work because most pancreas transplant are not successful and with any transplant, you have to take a bunch of antirejection drugs which wreck havoc on things lLIKE YOUR PANCREAS. Usually Type 1 comes on because the pancreas is damaged beyond the point where it can recover so there is no reverse--but there are always exceptions, it's just so rare it's not even listed as a remote possibility.
maybe, but not normally, all one can do is try....everyone who suffers from it has a different cause [[ http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/diabetes-type-I.html ]] just read the post by Kbrn, near the top of the page, to see what you are up against
