For all dilution problems , use dilution equation
C1V1 = C2V2
C1*700 = 8.00*1170 ( note I converted 1.17L to 1170mL. It is also OK to use 0.700L and 1.17L )
C1 = 8.00*1170/700
C1 = 13.4M
C1V1 = C2V2
