Not anything you can do to make yourself taller than your genetics have pre-determined. Just a wait and see thing.

Of course not, moron.

Are you a girl? If so, you might be your full height.

Your height is genetically predetermined for you. There's nothing you can do to change that. All you can do is maximize your potential by living a healthy lifestyle as possible. Eating healthy foods, staying physically active and exercising daily, and getting proper amount of sleep.

Your final height was already determined at when you were conceived. That's when your moms and dads DNA got together, and you got some of each. Nothing can change that now, you're gonna be as tall as an adult no matter what you do or don't do. That said, at 14 you still have a lot of growing to do. Most of it will happen in the next two years. It looks like you'll probably make over 6 feet, no problem. A general rule of thumb is to double the height you were at two years old. If you can find out what your height was at your two year old check up, double that and maybe even add a couple inches more.

Eat a well balanced diet (good nutrition) and exercise. Genetics will do the rest.
