Dust Won't Go into the Vacuum Canister?
I have a 2 year old Hoover Windtunnel. The dust won't go into the canister. It keeps getting stuck in the lower hose. I have to clean it out.
Why is the dust not going into the canister? Is there any way to get the dust to stop getting stuck in the lower hose and go into the canister?

It most likely has a blockage somewhere in the hose or ducting (plastic parts) that is restricting the airflow.
You need to work through and clean every part of it to ensure there are no restrictions or obstructions in the air paths, from the pickup point right through to the air exhaust.
Where the hose exits the base of the vacuum there is probably a clog of carpet fibers, etc. Check it first then check the filter inside the canister housing. If all else fails look on YouTube for a video on how to unclog your model.
Ummm have you ever tried reverse, like blowing air out?
