Too many reasons to list..You can be brought up to hate which seems to
be a easy excuse and PC..Other reasons are you were hurt psychically badly by something or someone..That is hate. You want to get even.
Past experiences are the main causes. You also hate those who hurt others without a reason.

Abuse, I think. But I don't know formally. The only times I have felt true hatred in life (twice) resulted from years of abuse. It came on like a hurricane, stayed a few years, then blew on through and faded.

There's lots of reasons but ill break it down to this one. People hurt other people, people manipulate and try to control other ppl, etc. And this would obviously make a person mad especially after dealing with it for an extended period of time when u hurt someone (not u specifically) they hate u bc u hurt them and that's what it boils down to. Hurt causes hate and resentment.

Amygdala and the limbic system where other emotions are processed. There are myriads of emotions we experience on a daily basis, however I have noticed 5 specific types, two of which overlap.

Anger - neurons firing rapidly, causing increase in blood pressure and increased heart beat
Sadness - kind of like the depressant effect of 😮🚬🌲 & 🍺, this depresses the body and changes in appetite and movement
Happiness - released flow of dopamine, an increase in over all well being
Fear (mixture of 😧 & 😣) this is the emotion one experiences when a threat perceived, often time this threat whether internal or external is perceived to be too big to overcome
Confusion (mixture of first three) this is an emotion experienced by people who don't know themselves how they feel.

So you see there differing emotions we experience daily, and they all originate in the hypothalamus region of the brain.

Hatred is a spirit. People possessed by this spirit always hate everything even without a reason. Human beings are ruled by spirits but humans must learn to control and rule the spirits. Spirits possess people according to the mental state of the human beings and keep them in the same state until they are rejected and replaced by another. This is an all time phenomena occurring in all humans. Human beings are always under the influence of spirits. Certain situations and circumstances causes the possession of certain type of spirits. Often thinking and talking about bad subjects or bad imaginations even for fun can take serious turns on one who think and talk. All spirits (good and bad) have the dominating character. They can take you to the extent of sacrifice or suicide.

All of your activities, talks and even thoughts determine what kind of spirits you will have for your life. Only these spirits can create a good opportunity to get a job and all favorable things which you need to your life. Generally spirits determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. All knowledge, skills, emotions, feelings, interests and everything are spirits. Even thoughts are not your own. When you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another they think and you just listen and choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. Human beings are just unprogrammed robots made of flesh, bones, tissues etc., by birth and toys of the spirits for their games.

You must not leave your mind in it's own way. If you do, the spirit will take your mind for it's own, then controlling it is not so easy. First of all you must think and believe that it's not you. Then you must command that spirit both mentally and orally to go. Whenever you are possessed by that thought you must divert your mind at once towards some other subject and stay in it for a while and then continue your duty. This is a mental exercise. You may also bring at once an opposite feeling through your imagination as if you are loving them and want to be kind with them. You must tell that spirit both mentally and orally to go and not to think in that way. You must continue this exercise for few days. While doing this exercise you are creating an opposing spirit, i.e., a positive force. Soon this spirit gets stronger and eliminates the negative force. Within a few days you will be alright.

Grandmothers. I loved my maternal grandmother beyond description. I saw her seldom, and she gave me unconditional love and special chocolate cookies that I would help her bake (I was four). She told me that I had to hate African Americans, and this was during the Civil Rights Movement. Fortunately, that guidance was discredited and reversed by the time I became a teenager. That hatred went to the same place as did my belief in the tooth fairy. I never forgot the lesson behind the lie, and I taught in my classrooms that sometimes the principal enemies in the war against intolerance can be as close as a mother's or a grandmother's hug.

I think perhaps from fear of differance,

as it could be adaptive and serve a purpous

in prehistoric days, mainly to fear other tribes stealing food'

to conserve food supplies.

And I could be wrong also.

Best Wishes.

Idk. My advice is seek happiness. If someone has certain problems, e.g. mental, you can't help them, they should seek professional advice. It is not your job to do so. I think some people are called professionals for a reason. Clearly there are certain risks. You can't be there for a person and then they act dangerous, there's a limit to the help u can offer. Unless it's family n friends, I wouldn't take it..it's not your responsibility and noone should make u feel like crap. I'd cut them loose, they have the support they need.
