Is being alone hazardous to your mental state?

I've reventlt lost a close one and I just don't wanna be with anyone else, you know? I mean sure, friends, family. But I dont wanna get married or have kids or whatever. Will thos affect me mentally?

no. being alone does not mean being lonely. Get a pet, take up hobbies, help others; that's the best way to forget about yourself.

Only if you let it bother you, honestly. Some people just don't want a spouse or kids and that's perfectly fine. I mean, my aunt is that way.
