I was wondering is ps vita a good console to purchase considering that it dont have much dev support and i dont own a ps4.

I love my ps vita but it depends what you're into. In my opinion ps4 is better but you might be different. Does a friend have one, try before you buy? Probably not though. Mostly JRPGs

There are a handful of decent games to play, nothing like a PS4 though.
