My parents recently got divorced and my mother signed off her rights but she's still getting rights, for example I want to go to Alaska to visit my friends and stay at my friends house and my mom lives over there to, the court says that I she to stay with her when I visit if I wanna go and my dad has to tell my mom where he takes us. That's not fair, she gave up on her kids and signed off the rights so she won't pay child support and she uses drugs, like BAD drugs like cocane and the stupid thing is that her lawyer knows she does! Is there anyway for me to sign a paper were my mom has 0000000 rights. I don't want her as a mother she's not fit to be one I trusted her and thought she was but she messed up to many times and I want to move on and be happy in my life knowing that she has 0 rights I don't want to keep contacts with my mother anymore, TBH she kinda scares me since she's also tried killing herself I know this sounds fake but trust me I need help please leave suggestion that will help me!!!

Sorry, but if someone gives gives sole custody to a former spouse/partner, she/he no longer has custody rights.
A child has no legal rights regarding assigning legal custody. You can ask to make your wishes known if you are old enough to speak to the judge, but the judge will decide which parent will have custody or if they will share custody.

There is no such things as "signing off your rights to your kids". Whatever you've been told is either complete boolsheet or you've misunderstood it.
