Check with your lawyer. You might have grounds for a lawsuit or to file criminal charges. Blackmail is a criminal activity. Most states in the USA have no fault divorce. This will not make any difference in your divorce. It's irrelevant.

If your story is true, talk to your attorney about it. You can probably put a stop to it. She doesn't get what she wants, until the "recording" is no longer in her possession.

It shames her than it shames you. You too were both involved and it's her to chose to be indiscrete. People might laugh but that's you, why should you be ashamed being you? You 're going to a free man, she gives you free promotion for a more suitable new partner as there are obviously people who like this kind of sex. She, on the other hand, protrays herself as verdictive traitor. She's giving you better chances while ruining her own. Weird sex may turn off some people but severe character fault bascially cut all her chances.
