What's the best thing to do on a hot day?

Go swimming! Or run through the sprinkler, or out the sprinkler under the trampoline and jump on the trampoline. Eat popsicle and ice cream.

Swim naked.

Go to waterpark. Have fun. Or the beach is free except parking.

One very hot day in the summer of 1982 my fiancé dragged me into our shower for what turned out to be an afternoon which was equal parts sublime and serene. For years afterwards we would inadvertently annoy her children then later her grandchildren by one of us saying Do you remember when?... (an enigmatic smile would appear on the face of whoever was speaking that could only be referring to one event). We would both smile, then laugh, then someone would say, "STOP IT, YOU'RE DOING IT AGAIN!" Will you please tell us what you are talking about? Then one of us would say, "We don't have enough money to send you to the counseling that you would require after we would plant into your minds the answer to that question.
