I have a real serious test that my entire life depends on it. It's about the university that I'm going to go to. And I've lost hope and I just don't even feel like opening my books to study. The test is in a month and I feel so lost and down that I even think of hurting myself. Help me please. And tysm for taking time to read this. X

No exam is life-dependant. If you don't pass, you try again. You're less likely to pass if you don't get your nose in those books though. You need to find the motivation from somewhere to start studying if the exam means that much to you. Can you speak to the university counsellor?

Its a symptom of depression. It means your brain is not producing sufficient serotonin. Depression is common but easy to treat. So tell a dr. how you feel and ask for Zoloft, an excellent antidepressant.-------
It takes 2-3 wks for your body to adjust to it during which time you will have trouble staying asleep. But, after that, you will become a relaxed, confident, healthy person.

Sounds like your overwhelmed. Would a tutor help if they break it down into managable sections and helped you study?
