How to keep my instagram account safe! PLEASE HURRY!?

So I got tagged in this thing called instagram ugly list. I got tagged by a friend so I went to the website and I actually logged in. Everyone is saying if u log in it will hack you. I wish I didn't log in! Am I going to get hacked now? I changed my password, I'm really scarred and confused about it! Help!

just cause you get tagged dont mean someone is going to hack into your acct so i wouldnt worry about it
