I have a hole in my back tooth and its filled with gum and its always giving me toothache please help I can't see a dentist yet?

Bear in mind that the earlier you see a dentist, the more money you'll save. The longer you wait, the more damage is done and the harder and more expensive it gets to treat.

In the meantime take paracetamol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen, alternating between each one, every 2-3 hours, making sure that you stick to within the maximum dose for each of them. It's also good to brush the area as thoroughly as possible with a fluoride toothpaste and use salt water mouthwashes (at a different time to brushing). Although those last 2 points are unlikely to make a noticeable difference, even the painkillers don't do much for toothache.

Bottom line: There's nothing you can do to stop it at home. You need to see a dentist as soon as possible.
