My weight?

I just weighed myself this morning at the doctors because I don't have a scale at home. It said I weigh exactly 100 pounds but I still look 118... Why?

Bloating, What you just ate, the sodium you just ate, the liquids you drank, Pre-period weight gain, etc.etc.etc.
