You could try net zero. It takes a bit of work but it's some ghetto net. Exactly what you are looking for in fact. But once you see what I mean by work, you will understand.

Netzero is great once you get around that. They even have free internet. You just gotta some how get their stuff on line after you have no internet.

Like save the files in this really weird way. But at the same time you could be getting free internet.

You don't need anything special. Just go to your cable or phone company (or whoever else may be an ISP in your area) and get a plan that only includes internet. There are advertising practices that make people think that they have to bundle services, but you don't.

A landline phone company will offer broadband. They will provide the router and a phone socket. You will need to pay rental for the phone line plus the broadband charges.
